Error creating VMFS Datastore

I just got through upgrading an ESXi server from 4.1 to 5.0 but since the 5.0 allows the use of GPT partitions over 2TB I decided reconfigure the controller in it to have one virtual drive instead of three. Zimbra gets corrupted MySQL mboxgroup data
