Google goes down and still offline at post time

I’ve never seen Google go offline before. This is a historical first that I know of. It’s kinda’ spooky. Maybe that beef with China has escalated into a full blown cyberwar. The WSJ (Wall Street Journal) reported last week that they were accusing China of hacking gmail accounts so who knows.
Guess we’ll all have to use alternates during the Google blackout. I can hardly stand the lack of their search engine and the anticipation of what happened to them.
